Go to Town for Red Coins is the 5th star of Wet-Dry World.

To acquire the star, Mario must shoot from the cannon so he can enter the fenced-off tunnel that leads to the underground 'city'. He then has to lower the water to collect each red coin. The star spawns on the large tower in the back of the city.
