'''Boo Hyperspeed''' is a [[Hyperspeed|hyperspeed method]] where Mario builds up horizontal speed by repeatedly bouncing on two [[Boo|Boos]]. By moving multiple Boos into a corner, Mario can bounce on them repeatedly to build up speed. This works because Mario's forward speed in uncapped while he is airborne and bouncing off multiple Boos will let him increase his speed while airborne. Boo Hyperspeed is a hyperspeed method where Mario builds up horizontal speed by repeatedly bouncing on two Boos. By moving multiple Boos into a corner, Mario can bounce on them repeatedly to build up speed. This works because Mario's forward speed in uncapped while he is airborne and bouncing off multiple Boos will let him increase his speed while airborne. Due to Boo's forward speed being based on Mario's speed while chasing Mario, this can cause Boos to move rapidly if they begin to chase Mario, which can affect the process.[1]
