Alternative Routes

The route above is the most common, but a few modifications can be made to make the route faster, easier or more consistent. What is boils down to is that you only have to collect four stars from the following:

• Big Penguin Race + 100 Coins (if you don't do this, you'll do Slip Slidin' Away + 100 Coins)
• Pyramid Puzzle (you should only do this if you do Pillarless)
• Navigating the Toxic Maze
• Wiggler's Red Coins
• Stomp on the Thomp + 100 Coins (if you don't do this, you'll do Stomp on the Thwomp without 100 coins)
