This page should be moved to Triangle, which is a much better name for the phenomenon MMMMMMMMMMMMM (talk) 20:11, 1 December 2018 (UTC)

The name "triangle" is ambiguous, as it could be confused with visual triangles. Furthermore, "surface" has become the standard, both in decomp and in general conversation. Another minor point is that when riding a shell on water, the water under mario becomes a floor, yet it is not a triangle. Bad boot (talk) 20:47, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
