Method
Go right and do a Dive to get past the platform. Do another dive to get up the stairs. Do another dive to get onto the wobbly platform to the left. Dive again to get on the rotating ring platform. Do a Slide Kick and Lava Boost on the platform with 1 coin. Wait until there's no lava in between the platforms and lava boost on the platform with the bullies. Kill the bullies by falling off the platform and pressing Z, punching them, or hitting them after you fall in the lava.
