:::::::::Yeah, but a stub is an incomplete page, not just a short page. Pages can be short but complete. Take https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nancy_Birtwhistle for example. The topic is just notable enough to be on wikipedia but not very much information exists about it, yet this article is not marked as a stub.
