Method
Do a dive into the Breeze to get up to where the Chuckya is. Do a Dive onto the platform below the platform with the Monkey. Go up the slope. When you get on the log, dive and Pause Buffer and then Frame Walk to get up the next slope. From here, you can go up the rest of the mountain the intended way. Go into the corner of the fence, pause buffer, and dive onto the slope, and if you dive at the right time you will be able to get the star.
