A glitchy wall kick (or GWK) is a kind of wall kick that directs Mario in an unintended direction from a referenced wall.

Details

A common kind of GWK is into a corner that mario can run indefinitely into; the wall kick being performed on that side. The corner must be moved into with enough speed, coming from the outside to the inside. Pulling in at the right speed causes Mario to bonk backwards instead, which can be wall kicked out of[1]
