Experge's Miracle is a series of glitches that can be used to gain quite a lot of speed on the third floor of Peach's Castle. As the name suggests, this was initially proposed by the brilliant TASer ExpergeTech. Arguably one of the most infamous and luckiest discoveries of our time, this strat has saved 5 A presses and research is being done on more possible saves.

History

On March 27, 2021, Experge and John Cena were discussing a possible A press save when Experge theorized gaining hyperspeed on the railing of the stairs on the third floor. Experge proposed that gaining knockback on a tiny unit gap repeatedly, using clever movement to stay within the gap and negating dust could theoretically allow Mario to slowly gain backwards horizontal speed. When asked if there was a way to use such speed, Experge proposed using either a punch or maneuvering onto a steep slope to use the C^ trick. Experge did not find either strat to be sufficient enough, and it was declared unviable until he thought of using both strats. Soon, Experge decided that Mario, after gaining enough speed, could punch the wall into the steep slope, then immediately use the C^ trick (avoiding any dust) to gain even more horizontal speed. This would put Mario in a freefall state with enough horizontal speed to either reach WMotR, RR, or, requiring more time spent getting constant knockback, enough to punch off the wall and head in a different angle, going towards TTC instead. This was tested, and proved to work. The masterpiece of ABC technology, this strat was finished on March 30, 2021. Experge TASed all 3 uses of this glitch on March 31, 2021 and shared them to pannenkoek2012. The videos will be released in due time.

Method

Entering Wing Mario over the Rainbow and Rainbow Ride

Start by grinding on the edgeguard at the top of the stairs. There is are two extremely tiny gaps that produce similar results to a Pedro Spot, except Mario is in a much smaller space, gains horizontal speed, and gains speed at a slower rate. The gaps are located at the seams of the tallest edgeguard. The knockback will not be enough, so by using very precise movement, we can stay within the gap and also avoid any dust frames. After gaining enough speed, Mario can punch into the wall in front of him (though at a shallow angle). Mario will land on a very very steep slope, allowing Mario to perform the C^ trick (this must be frame perfect, since all dust frames must be avoided). Mario will gain much more speed, and will soon fly off the rails (literally) with a lot of backwards momentum in a freefall state. This can be used to travel directly into the crevices for WMotR and RR. Alternatively, if you barely did not gain enough, you can just ground pound into the holes.

Entering Tick Tock Clock

This method is similar to the one above, but Mario must have significantly more speed. When Mario is launched off, he must turn around and punch into the wall, heading at an angle that allows him to enter Tick Tock Clock.

Demonstration

We were unable to get the video out in time, so have a complimentary puppy instead.
