Mupen64 is a Nintendo 64 emulator often used for TAS. Mupen64 is different from most Nintendo 64 emulators because it allows you to use a TAS plugin and frame advance. There are many versions of Mupen64, such as Mupen64 5.0! Not all versions of Mupen64 allow you to use TAS and frame advance. Some do not. If you want to download a version that you can TAS and use frame advance with, make sure you download a version that says "with rerecording" in the download link.
