To make a custom level, you will need a 3D modeler like Google Sketchup.

If you want to import it, you will need an OBJ exporter - Google it, download and add to C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp\Plugins.

You will also need a level importer wich you can find at: http://sites.google.com/site/messiaen64/level-importer

Scaling can be a problem - if you are in Toad's Tool the map is too big, you need a smaller scaling.
