This is a guide for how to beat the star Fall onto the Caged Island in 0.5 A presses in an RTABC run.

Method

Climb onto the tree and carefully slide back down, awakening the owl. After hooting about how he can't get some sleep, he'll let you ride on his talons. You do need to be holding A until it's time to let go. Find some height and dive into his talons, and you'll grab on only to be whisked away. The owl will fly around the map until he passes over the Caged Island containing your prize. Let go (immediately ground pounding is recommended to cancel out any horizontal momentum left over from when you grabbed on) and you will fall right into the star.
