 |Sound Glitch||Sound glitch is specifically a crash in the audio thread of the game, which will crash the game thread once the two attempt to sync (typically level loading). -|Double Red Coin Sound||This glitch causes the sound for collecting a red coin to play more than once. Although the cause is still unknown, recently IsaacA created a TAS that will sometimes produce the glitch when played back on console. It seems to be nondeterministic, as the TAS does not produce it every time. The glitch does not occur on the US version of the game or on emulator (neither of which it has ever occurred on anyway).
