Are there any circumstances under which down PUs won't warp Mario up to the main PU grid?

To write that Mario will be upwarped "in certain circumstances" implies there are circumstances in which we won't be upwarped, but I do not know of any such circumstances

Shall we remove "Spawning a 100 coin star will softlock the game" because that's to do with the 12k limit and not PUs? MiniTrooper (talk) 13:48, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
