This is a guide for how to beat the star To the Top of the Fortress in 1 A press in an RTABC run.
Method
Begin by performing the same method used for Chip Off Whomp's Block. However, instead of a boss fight, our new obstacle is a tower. Mario must sideflip onto the third platform from the bottom. It is vital that you hold A for the rest of the course. Carefully ascend the rest of the steps on the tower; this is best done by ledge grabbing. Once at the very top of the tower, while still holding A, jump kick onto the edge of the tower's top. Then, kick into the star.
