The Z Button Challenge is a challenge where you press the Z Button as little times as possible. It takes no Z presses in the Any% category, nor are there any need for workarounds. In 120 star, it requires 4 Z presses to complete.

Chip Off Whomp's Block - Requires Ground Pounding King Whomp thrice.

Workarounds
Behind Chain Chomp's Gate - A Bomb Clip can be used to avoid Ground Pounding the Chain Chomp's post.

Into the Igloo - Clipping inside the Igloo from the back avoids crawling inside.
Make Wiggler Squirm - Clipping into the mountain then swimming into the Warp Zone avoids ground pounding to flood Wiggler's cave.
