Optimal lag reduction
Do a slow double R press (as shown in the video below) when you first spawn in the pyramid, and only press C-Down after you have left the lowering platform. Spam C-Left after the star spawns during the dive rollout, then long jump into the star.
Avoiding Sound Glitch tutorial
The sound glitch on SSL secrets will only happen on the Japanese version. If you run 70 star on English (which is optimal), you don't have to worry about this.
