Many people have made '''speed runs''' of [[Super Mario 64]]. As more discoveries have been made, the game has been beatable with less stars all the way down to 0 stars as discovered by [[SwordlessLink]] and [[AKA]].

==0 Star==
The first 0 star [[TAS]] was performed by SwordlessLink and AKA and released on December 7, 2007. They got enough backwards speed on the side [[BLJ]] so as to skip Dire Dire Docks. This cut the time down by nearly a minute, whereas later discoveries have narrowed the time down to just over 5 minutes.
