Is this a rule violation?
The section "Joke Challenges" technically breaks the rule, "Ukikipedia is not about memes." Either that or the rules should be revised to consider serious discussion of seriously-studied jokes, vs. unseriously studied jokes, which should not be allowed. -by a person who has no substantial knowledge on this subject (talk) 15:18, 13 October 2018 (UTC)
