-Start by entering the cabin and talking to the penguin there. He'll ask you to race him, and the race will start. You can't use the shortcut like last time, so this race may be a little tough. Try and stay in front of him early on, and as the track narrows it'll be an easy victory. After you beat him, he'll congratulate you and hand out a star. Collect it by simply walking into it.
+After framewalking up the slope to enter the cabin, this star can be completed normally. Pause buffering will make framewalking much easier.
