Shoot into the Wild Blue is the third mission in Whomp's Fortress.

Beginner (Long Jump)

Advanced (Sideflip)

Expert (Single Jump Wallkick)

Slightly faster jumpdive + speedkick movement after you rollout over the edge (video from Dwhatever).
