Are there any circumstances under which down PUs won't warp Mario up to the main PU grid?
To write that Mario will be upwarped "in certain circumstances" implies there are circumstances in which we won't be upwarped, but I do not know of any such circumstances

JRB PU access on Shindou?
This page claims that it is possible to access a PU in JRB in every version, but it doesn't look like it's possible on Shindou. While HSW is possible on Shindou, the HSW spot in JRB requires a large amount of speed to be stable and it seems like that's only possible with a BLJ.
